Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. We offer same-day local delivery in selected Gold Coast and Brisbane areas. Orders must be placed before our daily cut-off time to qualify.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Absolutely. We ship Australia-wide, with most orders arriving within 2–5 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure online payments and bank transfers. If paying by bank transfer, please use your order number as the payment reference.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will work with you to find a solution.
Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
